All parts being shipped to locations in the
continental US are shipped via UPS ground service or US Priority Mail. This is
determined when you fill out the Online Secure Order Form, after the part has been looked
up and the price quote has been given.
We do not ship parts Internationally. If you live out of the U.S. please give us a address
inside of the U.S. ,(such as a friend or relative) that we can ship to , then they can
ship it on to you.
Return Policy
We do not give refunds on parts.
All Returns/Exchanges must have a RMA Number
Clearly Printed next to the shipping label. Returns sent to American
A/C & Appliance Co. without a RMA Number will be rejected.

All electrical parts come with a 30 Day factory exchange warranty. If an electrical part
that you purchased through American Appliance goes bad within 30
Days, return it with
the receipt and the model number & serial number of the machine the part was installed
on. We will then send you a replacement part at no charge for the part. You will be
responsible for the shipping.
We do not refund, only exchange part for part. In case of a failed part, the customer is
responsible for the shipping to and from.
We do our best everyday to make sure that our customers get the correct parts for their
appliances, but sometimes mistakes happen. If we make a mistake, we will do everything we
can to correct the error.
